Telephone & Fax Orders
Before calling in to place your order, please have all of the below information ready and available.
- Your customer name and number.
- Complete shipping address.
- Preferred shipping method (UPS or FedEx Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, Freight or Customer Pickup).
- Credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
- Part number, part name, and the quantity to be ordered.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to all orders. All orders are F.O.B. from Domino or from the manufacturer. Any potential claims are the responsibility of the carrier. Reshipments due to errors will be shipped via FedEx Ground only. Any quote for shipping charges should be considered an estimate and the amount may vary until payment has been completed.
All backorders are shipped F.O.B. from the Domino warehouse or from the manufacturer as soon as they become available. Back-ordered products may create additional shipping charges and these charges will be collected prior to shipping to the customer.
Shipping Estimates and Rates
We provide shipping estimates as a courtesy to our customers. However, the shipping rates shown are only estimates and are subject to change. The rates may vary once the package size and weight are determined and the shipping address is confirmed.
Prior authorization from the manufacturer is required on any return of a special order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be determined on the day of shipment and will be invoiced accordingly.
Product Images and Incorrect Prices
We try to provide up-to-date product images and specs along with the most accurate pricing available to us from the manufacturer. Errors are uncommon, however, they are possible. In the event of a pricing error posted on our website, you will be notified prior to the payment being processed and if needed, you may cancel the order without penalty.
All products sold, carry the manufacturer’s warranty and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Domino does not offer any other warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. The customer is responsible for all transportation and labor costs in connection with any warranty repair or replacement.
Cancellations and Returns
All non-damaged, unused items in the original sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund within seven days of purchase. If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the Domino warehouse and all freight charges will be deducted from the final refund. Prior to shipment, any order may be canceled without penalties or fees. The customer must contact Domino and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before returning any merchandise. As stated above, all returns for Special Orders are strictly prohibited without prior authorization from the manufacturer.
Once a shipment is complete and the customer has received their items, they must take the time to inspect the outside of the carton. When possible, we use custom packing materials to minimize the amount of damage to merchandise. While we do all that they can to try and prevent damage, we cannot control what happens to the merchandise once it has left our warehouse.
All damage must be noted on the delivery documents before the customer signs for the package. If the package appears to have damage on the outside, please note on the delivery documentation “Possible concealed freight damage.” Although there might be damage to the package, it is still likely that the product inside is unharmed. The customer must open and inspect all products. If damage has occurred, the customer must immediately notify Domino by phone or email. If there is major visible damage, the customer should refuse delivery and note on the shipping documentation “Refused, major damage”.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: WHAT WE COLLECT, AND HOW WE USE IT
We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us. If you do nothing during your visit but browse through our website, download information, or read pages, the server will automatically gather and store certain information about your visit. This information does not identify you personally. We may use such information or any information you provide to monitor our website’s performance and to make improvements where necessary.
Information Stored Automatically by Default
All web server log files capture Internet Provider (IP) addresses. We may use your IP address internally to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our website, and monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or cause damage.
Information You Provide
If you are a registered user, you are required to provide your email address and password when you log in to our website.
If you belong to a subscription program or any other program under Domino, we may ask for information that identifies you as a program member.
When you place an online order, you will be required to provide your name, email address, mailing address, contact number, payment card details, and/or other information (e.g. special delivery instructions). We may share selected information with our agents, sub-contractors (e.g. shipping company), and/or third parties (e.g. the issuer of your payment card) for the sole purpose of delivering the product(s) you requested or processing your payment.
When you participate in any contest or promotion, we may ask for your name, address, email address, and/or other information so we can administer the contest/promotion and notify winners.
If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an email to Domino Equipment Company, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our website, we may use that information to provide the information, service(s), and/or product(s) you have requested.
We do not collect personal information for other purposes. The information you provide is not released to any third party for commercial marketing and gains or otherwise, without your permission except where required by law to do so (such as in the investigation of fraud or other inappropriate activity).
Emails from Domino Equipment Company
Domino has found that attractive, graphics-rich emails are a quick and effective way to inform our registered users and subscribers of new products and services as well as clearance and sale items. We maintain an opt-out, user-customizable subscription database of users who have requested to receive these emails. Every email provides an option for you to unsubscribe to such information.
To make online shopping at the Domino website a safe and secure experience, we use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) capable browser. This means that any credit/debit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our server, making it extremely difficult for others to access your private information during transmission.
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or to change information on our website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law.
